How to log in to Krisp
Logging in to Krisp is straightforward: you use the same account across the desktop app, the mobile app, and the web dashboard. If you are stuck, the fixes below cover the usual causes.
Log in on desktop
- Open the Krisp app. If you have not installed it yet, see our download guide.
- Choose to sign in, and use your email or the single sign-on option you set up (such as Google).
- Once signed in, your settings and plan follow you.
Log in on the web
You can also sign in to the Krisp web dashboard to manage your account, view meeting notes, and check your plan. Use the same credentials as the app.
Common login problems
- Wrong sign-in method. If you created your account with Google or another single sign-on, use that button, not an email and password.
- Password issues. Use the reset link on the sign-in screen rather than guessing.
- App not updating. If the app will not sign in, make sure it is up to date, then restart it.
